Recruit Rooster is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Talent Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. This strategic role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining new clients through a consultative, solutions-based sales approach. You’ll play a critical part in expanding our customer base, deepening existing relationships, and delivering exceptional value to clients through our suite of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition solutions.
Essential job functions for this position:
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities with targeted markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with client goals and challenges.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, presentation, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure high levels of client success, retention, and growth.
- Regularly review account performance, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively address concerns or roadblocks.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, development, and support to ensure seamless service for clients.

- Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition best practices, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
- Deliver consultative guidance and insights that help clients optimize their hiring strategies and talent solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.

Required education / experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, consulting – preferably in HR tech, recruitment advertising, or talent solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
