Pack your bags, grab your boarding pass, and follow along with us as we start traveling on-site again! Recruit Rooster’s Creative Services team recently visited Bernhard’s headquarters for our first on-site shoot since the beginning of March 2020. Since then, we have been focusing on our typical in-house projects that we film in our studio such as podcast episodes, educational webinars, animation videos, at-home content, and even some disability training lessons for the DE Academy.
Creative Director Drew Palmer and Creative Coordinator Jordan Hartman flew to New Orleans to capture brand new photo and video content for their career site. Apart from a few minor hiccups on the way there (did anyone else forget how fun airports can be?), we call this trip a huge success.
The goal of this shoot was to visit the Bernhard headquarters to capture photos and video footage of the staff working. Next, we put together an employment brand video that will live on their career site to give prospective employees a real look into life at Bernhard. Our motto is always “why just tell candidates what makes your company a great place to work when you can show them?”
Bernhard is one of the largest privately-owned engineering and contracting firms in the nation with over 2,000 employees in 25 locations. Since they are currently working on-site at the Superdome in New Orleans, we had the opportunity to visit the construction site to capture Bernhard workers in action! While it’s difficult to top a visit to the Superdome, our team did enjoy having the opportunity to enjoy some local food and coffee in the French Quarter as well. We sure did miss traveling!
