When AAA Cooper expressed interest in revamping their career site, the team crowed at the opportunity to bring their employer brand to life! When a job seeker visits the page, they are immediately shown a hero video header showcasing the AAA Cooper campus, office space, and the many corporate awards they have won, including rank among Forbes 2018 list of America’s Best Mid-size Employers. Immediately below is a link to the job search function, followed by information on the various career areas to choose from, and the wonderful benefits potential employees can expect.

Below the slider image, the Ashford University site takes a different approach. Rather than featuring specific positions, they chose to focus on the career areas where positions may be available, such as student support, university support, and senior leadership. Just below the job search button, potential candidates can view an inspirational video about the University’s mentor program, further demonstrating the organization’s caring nature.

The site features content on how to make accommodation requests during the application process, and also highlights their EEO policy to clearly demonstrate their commitment to building an inclusive workforce. As a company with multiple locations in the U.S., the site also incorporates an interactive jobs map to give job seekers visual insight into their open positions and where they are located.

Sodexo took a simplified route and opted for a flexible template for their Member microsite. Along with the ability to do a basic search based on specific job type and location, the site also features custom filters to allow job seekers to view a list of all jobs by title or city, as well as a list of featured jobs. The branding blends seamlessly with the corporate site and clicking the options in the top navigation will take you to its various pages without even noticing the transition.

Los Alamos wanted to keep the bold branding going through the entirety of their site, so they opted to customize their job description pages with fun images and content that more accurately depict their employer brand, like in the example above. Like Sodexo, the microsite branding ties in perfectly with their corporate site to create a simplified candidate experience.
